I had the pleasure of meeting Jimmy and his amazing crew as they were selling their bbq at the Two Step Inn music festival. I must say they were all very pleasant and personable, I tried some of their brisket and some of their smoked bacon, and it was amazing! Very good smoke taste with some traditional seasoning, I would definitely recommend. Can't wait to visit the actual restaurant. Five stars!

The staff as soon as you walk in were amazing. So friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. Had not had a white bbq sauce before till I went here. It was some of the best sauce I have had. It went perfect on their amazingly smoked meats.

Great bbq and sides. I had the brisket and sausage with German potato salad and bbq beans. Loved it all. The beans had a lot of bbq scraps in them. They were a tad sweet for me but I enjoyed them. They also had a white sauce available which was nice. Spinning Fleetwood Mac on vinyl. All together a great little Texas bbq house with some German influences.

Where to start!?!? Great food and great service! Came here while visiting friends and came back to bring some brisket home (yes, TSA almost took it). Everything was delicious! They had many sauces, pickles, jalapenos, and good sweet tea. The employees were hilarious, we all started singing to the radio. They were super helpful with my wife's gluten/dairy allergies. We are still talking about the food here. We have nothing close to this in WA, sad!. Tried three other places and came back here- enough said!

Wow, Jimmy besides serving a great BBQ your serving size is dinosaurish in size. The help is great too!!! This being our first time to dine w/ you we picked up the MEGA sampler and 1/4 lb of brisket (we shared) and it was still too much God Bless Jimmy great BBQ & Great time

Been coming here 5 years and it never disappoints. Moist brisket, the most amazing sides and desserts. Great music on the vinyl. Now the Rocket Bowl with brisket, beans, crack corn and slaw? Yum! And their prices are awesome!

Amazing BBQ spot! Jimmy personally helped us pick out our meal- he is super friendly. We got the sampler with a bit of everything, and it was all juicy and full of flavor. My favorite was the turkey, the ribs, mac and cheese and the fried okra! Casey was also so sweet and took great care of us. Can’t wait to come back!

Delicious Texas BBQ with interesting sides like German potato salad, Jimmy beans, old world nanner puddin, and a lot more. Beautiful burger buns, house made pickles, I could go on. One of my new favorites
